Denver in March: The Local Events to Get Involved With This Month!
March in Denver is doing what it does best… keeping us on our toes. One day it’s snowing, the next you’re debating sitting on the patio. Either way, the calendar’s stacked.
In this guide, we’ve rounded up markets, craft nights, chef collabs, cocktail classes and community parties worth actually putting on pants for!
Markets, Creatives & Crafty Nights
March 8th, 2026 • From 9am
River North (RiNo) Art District.
If your ideal Sunday includes coffee, music and browsing neighborhood vendors with your dog in tow, this one’s for you.
Denargo Market is hosting a casual, community-focused pop-up with all the good stuff: free coffee and espresso for the first 50 attendees, a DIY “Lucky Charms” bead bar hosted by Fruits of Our Labor (free charms while supplies last), and Indian-fusion comfort food from Wanderer Café. There’ll also be live music by DJ Erin Stereo and plenty of outdoor space to hang.
It’s the kind of low-pressure, come-as-you-are morning that reminds us why neighborhood gatherings matter. This is our idea of a fun day out!
March 8th, 2026 • From 1pm
Makeshift Craft Co
Got extra yarn sitting in a basket at home? Bring it. Need fresh inspo for your next project? Also bring it (yourself, that is).
Makeshift Crafts Co is hosting a free Yarn Swap at 1 PM - a simple but genius way to refresh your stash, meet other makers and keep materials in circulation instead of buying new. We love a craft event that doubles as community care!
March 18th, 2026 • 6-8pm
Coffee Sarap
This is your sign to log off and touch clay.
This guided, beginner-friendly pottery workshop is all about slowing down and making something with your hands. You’ll learn foundational techniques like pinch pots and coils, and leave with up to two handmade pieces (plus extra clay for at-home experimenting).
Your ticket includes a drink from Coffee Sarap’s menu, all supplies, and relaxed, no-pressure instruction!
Food & Drink To Explore
March 5th, 2026 • 6-8pm
Kachina Cantina
Two local kitchens, one mezcal-forward night.
Kachina Cantina is partnering with Toro Latin Kitchen for a collaborative chef’s dinner exploring mezcal expressions from La Luna, paired with specialty dishes from chefs Taylor McDaniel and Ricardo Miron.
Expect courses like Ceviche Mestizo with “Black Label Ensamble,” Pork Belly De La Milpa with “Espadincillo,” and a Mar & Sol dessert paired with “Manso Sahuayo.” It’s $75 per person - the kind of ticket you grab when you want to taste something thoughtful and a little unexpected.
March 14th, 2026 • 4-5:30pm
State 38 Distilling
Ever wanted to play mixologist for the night?
State 38 Distilling is hosting a hands-on cocktail class where you’ll taste two spirits of your choice and learn to craft their Winter White Cosmo and Winter Old Fashioned at your own station. You’ll also hear the story behind the distillery and their spirit portfolio - which, if you’re like us, is half the fun.
Your ticket includes tastings, cocktails, light snacks, a take-home tasting glass and 10% off bottles that night. (21+ only.)
Every Tuesday • Various times
Angry Chicken
We’re big believers in a reliable weekly ritual.
Every Tuesday, Angry Chicken offers 50% off all wings - original, naked, baked or tandoori style. Toss them in your favorite sauce or dry rub.
They’re gluten-free and halal, and it’s one of those low-key deals that makes a midweek dinner feel like a win!
Community Events iRL
March 11th, 2026 • From 7pm
Posner Center
We love when local businesses take big swings.
Nude Foods Market - Denver’s zero-waste grocery store - is heading into the Tank. Join founders Verity and Rachel for a community watch party as their episode airs at 8 PM MT.
The evening kicks off at 7 PM with sample snacks from Nude Foods and local vendors, plus time to grab drinks and connect. At 7:45 PM, CEO Rachel will share a quick intro before the episode starts. Whether you’re a sustainability nerd or just here to cheer on women founders, this is a big one. Tickets are limited due to space!
March 12th, 2026 • 6-8pm
Cerebral Brewing - Aurora Arts
A university lecture… but make it brewery-coded.
Curious People of Denver is launching a new monthly lecture series that brings university professors into local bars and breweries. This month’s topic? NASA’s search for life, led by a CU astronomer at Cerebral Aurora.
Smart conversations in casual spaces is very much our vibe. Grab a pint, learn something cosmic, and support a local brewery while you’re at it.
March 6th, 2026 • 8-11pm
Improper City
Single? Fun? Slightly chaotic?
The viral Chaotic Singles Party is landing at Improper City, inviting singles 21+ to meet IRL instead of behind a screen. There are drink specials, discounted “Match Pass” tickets for dating app invites, and a general “let’s lean into the chaos” energy.
General admission starts at $17, with group options available. Tickets guarantee entry until 9 PM, and rideshare is encouraged.
If you’re over the apps but not over meeting people, this might be your March plot twist!
March 21st, 2026 • 2-4pm
Gattara
Flowers and pizza? Say less.
Pizza & Posies is a spring kickoff party featuring a pizza-making demo from Chef Mimmo at Gattara, followed by a hands-on bouquet class led by Lily & The Bee Floral Design.
You’ll learn how to build a spiral, hand-tied posie to take home, plus enjoy pizza, a Spring Spritz Bar and complimentary valet parking. It’s the perfect way to welcome a new season!
From zero-waste watch parties to pizza-and-posies afternoons, Denver’s calendar is doing the most this month!
Cancel the mediocre plans. Keep the good ones. You know where to find them.
