Boston Events to Bookmark This February

Cold month, warm plans. February in Boston is doing what it does best: giving us plenty of excuses to leave the house, support local spots, and try something a little different. From dumpling feasts and drag brunches to wine classes and Galentines chaos (the good kind), here’s what’s actually worth penciling in this month.

We’ve grouped everything by vibe so you can find your people (or your dumplings) faster.

Galentine’s, Valentine’s & Love-Adjacent Chaos

Saturday 7th, 2026 • 2-4pm
Sunset Cantina

If dating apps have you tired, this is the IRL alternative!

Sunset Cantina is hosting a lively speed dating night designed to keep things fun, fast-paced, and low-pressure. Everyone gets a free drink to kick things off (strong opener), and you’ll rotate through quick conversations with other singles who are ready to mingle! Even if you don’t meet “the one,” you’ll leave with a good story - which still counts.

Secure your spot now!

February 7th, 2026 • 12-2pm
Lulu’s Allston

Super Bowl weekend starts early at Lulu’s with Rat City’s queens serving halftime-worthy performances - sequins, sass, and all.

Featuring Missy Steak, Tilda Watersclear, and special guest Lily Rose Valore, this brunch is loud, proud, and exactly the kind of pre-game we can get behind. Come hungry, come festive, and don’t expect subtlety!

February 7th, 2026 • 4-6pm
Mass Bay Lines, 60 Rowes Wharf

Grab your girls and hop aboard for a sunset cruise that’s all about celebrating friendships.

There’s a DJ, a bar on board, and just enough chaos to make it a core memory. It’s giving group chat energy, but on the water!

Make sure to grab your ticket. You won’t want to miss it!

February 8th, 2026 • 11am-4pm
Crystal Ballroom, Somerville Theatre

Small Mart returns with 40+ vintage sellers, artists, and makers for a one-day Valentine’s edition. This is where you go for gifts that feel thoughtful, funny, or slightly unhinged (in a good way). There’s a full bar, zero pressure to buy for anyone but yourself, and lots of reasons to support independent businesses doing cool things.

February 9th & 10th, 2026 • Classes at 5:30 & 8pm
Citrus & Salt

Whether you’re single, coupled, or deeply committed to tequila, Citrus & Salt’s Galentine’s cocktail classes are back for two nights.

Your ticket includes a welcome cocktail, small plates, three cocktail samples, hands-on instruction, and a keepsake to remember the night. These sold out fast last year, and we fully get why! Get your spot here.

Galentine’s Make-Your-Own Charm Bracelet Class

February 10th, 2026 • 7-8:30pm
Jamie’s Ice Cream Co

Hosted by an Ashley’s Lucky Charms (an Asian-owned small business), this Galentine’s workshop lets you design and create your own charm bracelet from scratch. It’s hands-on, personal, and exactly the kind of keepsake that feels better knowing who made it… and who taught you how!

February 13th & 14th, 2026 • Various times
Little Donkey

Little Donkey is rolling out a four-course chef’s tasting menu just for Valentine’s Day, with new dishes you won’t find on the regular menu.

There’s an optional wine pairing and a surprise giveaway at the end - because romance should include snacks and surprises. Perfect for couples, best friends, or anyone who prefers their love language served in courses.

Cupid's Bow Tea Party!

February 14th, 2026 • From 12:30pm

Tiny Chaos Studio

Tiny Chaos is hosting a Valentine’s Day tea party where you’ll learn how to design and create your own custom press-on nails.

This beginner-friendly class covers french tips, aura designs, and simple line work, with all materials included. Expect a cozy, banquet-style setup with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and sweet treats - a fun, hands-on alternative to the usual Valentine’s plans!

Food, Drink & Hands-On Fun

February 22nd, 2026 • 5pm & 7pm
Mei Mei Dumplings

This one’s a marathon, not a sprint! Mei Mei is hosting an all-you-can-eat dumpling event featuring their full lineup - lemongrass pork, cheeseburger, ginger chicken, vegetarian cheddar scallion potato, and five spice tofu shiitake (vegan + gluten friendly).

There’s also a toppings and sauce bar, photo wall, and giveaways. Timed entry slots apply, so arrive within the first hour of your window and pace yourself wisely.

February 13th, 2026 • 4-9pm
Commonwealth Wine School

Wine educator John Fiola leads this deep dive into New Zealand wines - beyond just Sauvignon Blanc.

Expect history, lesser-known varietals, and plenty of tasting as you learn why this region deserves more attention. It’s educational without being stuffy, and all participants must be 21+.

February 20th, 2026 • 7-9pm
Break Rock Brewing

This is a “drink in one hand, clay in the other” kind of night. You’ll learn hand-building techniques to make your own ceramic cup while sipping on a beverage from Break Rock Brewing.

Tickets include instruction, materials, and the chance to take home up to two pieces. Firing and glazing are available as an add-on if you want your mug fully functional (highly recommend). Don’t miss out, sign up here!

February 23rd, 2026 • 6-9pm
Perch

Joie en Cuisine is teaching the art (and patience) of laminated dough in this three-hour, hands-on croissant class.

You’ll make classic croissants and pain au chocolat, learn proper lamination techniques, and leave with pastries you made yourself - plus recipes to recreate the magic at home. It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and very butter-forward.

February may be short, but Boston isn’t holding back. Whether you’re here for the food, the crafts, the queens, or the wine (or all four), this month is stacked with local events that actually feel worth your time. We’ll see you out there… probably holding a dumpling or a cocktail.
