This is Seattle's fall festival. Over 60 pumpkin and seasonal beers, live music, costume contests, and the legendary giant pumpkin keg tapping that has to be seen to be believed. Your ticket ($40 for one day, $100 for the weekend) includes a commemorative goblet and access to the pumpkin pie-eating contest. This 21+ event sells out annually, so don't wait.

The Festival of Lights comes to Volunteer Park with bilingual storytime, Bhangra dance workshops, live performances, and henna designs. It's free with museum admission, welcoming for ages 2+, and a beautiful way to experience the celebration together.
